About Us
SRL Partners, Inc. is a private firm focused on managing Real Estate and Private Equity investments on behalf of principals and investors. We pride ourselves in providing superior service. We do this by focusing on the investment, optimizing its potential, and paying close attention to management. We deal with investments in distress that need to be recapitalized, better managed, and turned around. We monitor the market and look for opportune time to exit from an investment so as to maximize return for all concerned. As part of this process, we provide timely and detailed reporting to investors and stakeholders in the entities. Above all, we pride ourselves on our integrity and professionalism.
Our Team
STERLING RALSTON
Mr. Ralston has decades of experience in real estate management. Sterling has managed a wide range of communities including Section 8, LITC tax credits, student housing, re-development, new construction, REIT, and conventional low-end/high-end communities. Sterling was recently the President of Avantic Property Management which managed a portfolio of multifamily and medical office properties in Colorado, Texas, Omaha, Georgia and Tennessee with over 30 properties and 1300 employees. Prior to that he was a Regional Manager with oversight of several communities of over 1,200 units. Also, he has held Property Manager and Redevelopment positions with a national company. Sterling has received industry designations of ARM, CAM, COS, and holds inactive Colorado Real Estate Licenses, he is active within the Apartment Association of Metro Denver, and the Southern Colorado Apartment Association.
LLOYD RASKINA, CPA, CA
Mr. Raskina has over the last 30+ years been involved in real estate development, multi-family, hospitality and private equity in Canada, US and Europe. Lloyd has extensive experience in real estate structuring, tax planning, cross-border transactions, and financing. Lloyd is an active investor in real estate and private equity in Canada, US, Bahamas and Europe. He was formerly CFO of VCM Global Asset Management which had over $1 Billion in AUM. Lloyd was previously a senior manager of a Big 4 accounting firm after which he ran successful CPA practice centered on real estate in Toronto, Canada. Lloyd is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a member of the CPA Institute of Canada.
